Spacious apartment with excellent laundry facilities.
I was disappointed that the location was further from Shinjuku than expected, making travel cumbersome especially with luggage. Additionally, there were limited options for Japanese food nearby, as it was primarily situated near a Korean street. It felt inconvenient having to walk a long distance for meals, detracting from the overall experience.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The spacious family suite was a delight with a comfy bed, new amenities, and a washing machine that made our stay hassle-free! The location's proximity to the Yamanote Line was an absolute bonus! !
While the area has plenty of dining options, it can get crowded and isn't the tidiest part of town, making evening strolls less enjoyable than in cleaner districts.

Staying in a Standard Queen Room for 13 nights provided ample space for our family. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the washing machine was extremely useful for our laundry needs. Access to Shin Okubo Station was convenient, although the surrounding area could be a bit chaotic and littered. While we enjoyed the close proximity to a diverse array of eateries, we found it necessary to walk further for more traditional dining options.
